Trust Deed now has an 80 Year life

On November 22nd, the Trustees resolved to change 3 clauses in the Trust Deed This will lengthen the life of the Trust from 15 years to 80 years. This change is conditional upon both the approval of 75% of the consumers as well as successfully obtaining a declaratory order from the High Court

A consumer poll was conducted and almost 82% of those who voted, approved the Trustees resolution See the results here

The High Court heard the Trustees in Christchurch on Tuesday 4th June. On June 21st, Judge Pankhurst granted the Trustees their declaration. See the Judgement here
